Hardin received top honors in the mixed use category for 3344 Peachtree in Atlanta,

project for Winter Garden Village at Flowers Grove in Winter Garden, Fla. and the
cultural category for the Aycock Auditorium at the University of North Carolina at

The winning projects will be featured in the December 2008 issue of Southeast
Construction and will be honored at an awards luncheon to be held at the Rosen
Shingle Creek Resort on Tuesday, Dec. 2, in Orlando, Fla. The winner of this year's
Judges Award will be unveiled at the event and some of the winning projects will be
entered into the National Best of 2008 competition to be judged along with winning
entries from other regions of the country.
